FOCAL POINTE Outdoor Solutions, Inc. needs 50 temp/full-time Landscape Laborers. $14.52 hr and $21.78 hr OT. M-F 6:30 am to 3:30 pm from 4/1/19 to 12/1/19. No exp. req. and min. OTJ training provided. Mow, cut, water, edge lawns: rake and blow leaves; dig holes using hand tools, with a max width of 4 ft and a depth of 4 ft, holes are to install sprinklers and/or plant; pull, chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch. Assist w/ sprinkler install, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Involves bending, stooping, lifting and stretching on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift 50 lbs often, work in extreme weather conditions. May be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees but position does not include supervision of others. Job location in Caseyville, IL. No drop ins please. Possibility of performance based raise. Must pass employer paid post hire drug test. Post hire employer paid background check.
