Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent, preferred course work in human services, special education or a related field.
- At least one to two years of training experience working with developmentally disabled adults/children in a related human services agency or group home setting.
- Ability to develop effective relationships and work with developmentally disabled adults.
- Ability to implement training programs consistent with client ISP goals and objectives.
- Strong client supervisory and production management skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
