Barcom Security is an established growing security integrator seeking an experienced low voltage systems integration technician in the St. Louis, Metro Area. This position is full time employment.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the following fields: IP Video Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems. Industry Certifications are a plus.
Position includes (but not limited to) installation of the above mentioned systems, both hardwired and wireless, upgrades of existing systems, service and inspections of existing systems.
Candidates will ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes and UL regulations. You will need to perform demonstrations of systems for customers and explain details.
Candidates must be a self starter, be able to adapt and learn quickly. Able to travel within Illinois and Missouri, some overnight stays will be required.
Industry best salary with paid family insurance, pension/retirement. Company vehicle, gas and tools are provided. Candidate must pass a drug screening, a driving record check and finger print /background checks before employment.
