Our life safety protection services include the design, installation, inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems and fire alarm systems. Fire Alarm Assistant Service Manager / Field Tech Job Requirements/Duties: Responsible for all scheduling of all technical staff. Provide accurate, detailed and timely paperwork from all Technicians to management. Manage day to day needs of service staff including praise, motivation, assistance, and training. Monitors quality of service work performed at customer site to ensure the highest quality standards and safety. Responsible for updating all manuals, safety practices, and technical information. Responsible for ensuring the working condition and ongoing maintenance of all test equipment, tools and company vehicles. Knowledge of all NFPA codes and standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Ability to climb ladders, carry and move material. Communicate in a professional manner and Display professional appearance. Responsible for surveying the customer job site to obtain information on the system environment prior to bid. Accurately develops bill of materials to include appropriate amount of job-related labor to perform the project. Work with CAD Operator to develop a comprehensive set of drawings for the project if needed. Creating Proposals by using company designated Proposal form. Responsible for generating comprehensive project description and scope of work. Actively monitors the inspection folder to determine any customers that need repairs to their system from the reports. Understand and Maintain Department Quota/Goals Provide excellent customer service.
Candidates for the above positions must: Possess a high school diploma or GED required. Possess a valid and clean driver's license required. Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
