The Association of Washington Cities (AWC) is a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that provides a wide array of legislative, training, and other services to all cities and towns in the state of Washington. AWC is recruiting for the position of Administrative Assistant II. The purpose of this position is to provide, within a team, a wide range of administrative support and office duties for all departments and programs of the organization.The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to track and monitor fleet vehicle and building maintenance. Minimum of two years’ experience working in a professional office setting required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suites software and using a multiple line telephone system preferred.
