Job Description
The registered nurse is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family needs in the home care environment. Directs and supervises the home health aide in providing quality patient care services. The RN is responsible organizing and managing cases including coordination with other professional disciplines (PT-OT-ST-MSW).
