Requirements
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in related field
Technical Skills: Must possess strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. Must develop proficiency with electronic health record and financial desktop.
Experience Requirements: Experience with quality incentive programs. Computer experience and knowledge of spreadsheets required. Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training. Previous experience working for a multi-specialty medical group preferred.
Other Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal and skills are necessary. Must have strong trouble shooting skills and problem solve in a timely manner. Must function independently with little supervision required.
Job Description
The Performance Improvement Analyst for Anderson Medical Group has the primary responsibility to provide analytical support to ensure the medical group is optimized to improve outcomes. The Analyst will collaborate with others to create reports, manipulate and synthesize data, and monitor data to meet internal and external requirements. The Analyst should be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask with strong time management and organizational skills.
