JOB DESCRIPTION
Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Office Manager opening! This temp to hire opening is full time, offers a competitive salary, and lead to excellent benefits!
Responsibilities:
- act as the communication liaison between all departments
- serve as the link between management and employees by handling questions and helping solve problems
- organize all aspects of the office, develop/maintain office policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement
- oversee the administration and maintenance of the company’s IT and telephone system
- provide HR support with employee relations, on-boarding, and record keeping
Candidates should have a degree in business administration, accounting, or finance. 5-8 years of office management is required. Successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and high proficiency in business software applications including MS Office and Adobe.
