Merchandiser
Growing local company located in Medley, FL is looking for a Sales Merchandiser:
As a Sales Merchandiser, you will work independently and be responsible for maintaining in-store product displays, product rotation, and general merchandising. You will be the first line of customer service and a partner in ensuring that customers are satisfied with our products and service. A successful candidate will be able to evaluate customer sales and identify opportunities to maximize value. His professionalism and business execution are critical contributions to driving business for our customers, suppliers, and us.
Job responsibilities:
- Make contact with the buyers at the retail level
- Merchandise our products through retail store visits
- Communicating daily with Salespersons and notifying them of customer concerns
- Ensuring products are fresh and within parameters
- Attending to customer needs and concerns in a timely manner
- Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning
- Evaluate and research market conditions
- Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified
- Finding solutions to possible customer challenges
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Retail clients experience
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Reliable automobile transportation
- Valid regular Driver’s License
- Customer Orientation
- Negotiation skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Seafood commercialization experience (desirable)
