Job Responsibilities
Our company is currently experiencing growth and we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our subsidiary, Advantek Cavern Solutions LLC. The Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it is essential that our Sales Representative be personable and professional. The ideal candidate would have a preexisting network of relationships from which to source business within Kansas and neighboring states.
Sales Representative qualifications
and skills:
• 5+ years in industrial waste management or related field o Knowledge in O&G waste management and disposal would be beneficial o Knowledge in cavern storage and emplacement would be beneficial
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proven success rate at levels above quotas
• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Ability to travel to visit customers and attend customer events and tradeshows
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Dedicated commitment to continuous improvement
• Knowledgeable on the use of modern CRM and lead generation tools and able to lead the company in implementing them
