Duties: Plan, direct, coordinate operations of fully-integrated hospitality company. Provide executive-level leadership, mgt., vision to ensure the company has proper operational controls, financial, administrative & reporting procedures, strategic plans, business development strategies, people systems to grow the organization & ensure financial strength & operating efficiency. Drive the company to achieve/surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business plan goals/ objectives. Measurement & effectiveness of all processes, internal and external. Review/analyze reports on the operating condition of the company (human resources, financial, accounting, budgets, operations, risk management, sales/marketing.) Spearhead development, communication, implementation of effective growth strategies/processes. Collaborate with management to develop/implement plans for operational infrastructure of systems, processes, personnel for company growth. Motivate/lead a high-performance, cross-functional, management team. Attract, recruit, retain members of executive team. Provide mentoring to the management career development program. Act as lead “Client-Care Officer” through direct contact with clients & partners. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment.
Domestic travel required. SE region of the US to visit company properties (~7 days/month).
